We currently serve Preston only for all drop-offs and collections.

2. How do I Book a service?

You can book directly through our website or by contacting us on our social channels.

3. Do I need to Drop my shoes off?

You can either drop them off at our Preston location or choose collection for a small fee.

4. What Type of shoes do you work on?

We work on all major trainer brands and materials, including leather, suede, mesh, and knit. We also Cover Trade footware (such as safety boots)

5. Can i Track my Clean?

Yes, you'll receive updates throughout the process via our dedicated App. You can also message us anytime for an update.

6. Where Can i Dowload the app?

You can download our exclusive App via the Google play store

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Drop-Off / Collection
Customers may bring their shoes to TrainerCare Preston or request collection for a £3 fee. Collection fees are non-refundable once the pickup has been completed.

2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of booking. Refunds will only be issued if TrainerCare Preston damages a shoe beyond reasonable repair. General wear, pre-existing damage, or outcomes caused by the shoe's condition are not eligible for refunds.

3. Liability
While we take great care with every item, TrainerCare Preston is not responsible for pre-existing defects, colour bleeding, weakened materials, or age-related deterioration.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, the customer confirms they agree to these Terms & Conditions.
